Standardize the process of painting

Standardizing the process of painting by dividing into subtasks and providing guidelines to be followed for each of the subtask. For instance, for fabric clothing the standardized process will lay guidelines for washing the fabric, choosing right colors, define the technique, minimum drying time etc. Standardizing the process will not only bring down quality issues (resulting in corrections/ discarding the product) but also increase productivity of painters.

Rang Rage has been doing all the administrative work on their own – supplying material, guiding artisans, quality checks, washing and packaging the products. Standardization of processes will reduce the overhead and also provide opportunity to invest resources in expansion of business.
