What is the role and importance of this standard in critiquing business information? Definition and what is meant by logic.
Oxford definition of logic:
The quality of being justifiable by reason
Oxford definition of raison:
The power of the mind to think, understands, and form judgments logically.
Referring to Paul & Elder logic is defined as:
The act of thinking brings together thoughts, when combined, mutually supporting and make sense in combination, the thinking is logical.
I think Logic is one of important standards of thoughts, mastering logic will help us learn to think properly and focus our mind in order to rise with logical solutions or conclusions and to be more rational in our decisions.
What is the role and importance of this standard in critiquing business information?
Logic is important in business decision as Businesses generating new data, information, evidence or facts every day. Finding inconstancies, contradictories and conflicting information as well as generating well reasoned, objective solution or conclusion from the information gathered may contribute in my point of view to give a unique insights and opportunities to the business. Using logic in business decisions, done individually or collaboratively, might give a competitive advantage to the business.
