Executive Summary

This project provides an overall analysis of the improvements and its implementation of Shwapno Departmental store. It goes through an in depth analysis of the project improvements. The report includes the main objectives of the project and the compulsory steps that are taken in order to diminish the problems of Shwapno Departmental Store in Dhaka. Some of the popular methods included, such as appraisal methods, simple categorization, prioritization matrix, radical changes, continuous improvement and risk management. These methods are described in a chart form that includes literature review and linked with the entire problem of Shwapno and its improvement as well as its implementation.
