Risk Assessment

Assuming all goes as planned.

-As we are planned, our profit based on our selling the product will be totally assumed to homeless.

-So that, the profit that we are get wil be totally make a charity.

Risk are involved with any activities.

-As we know, the partners that involves in this activities is the ladies. So, the risk that we must faced is to dangerous. The risk that we are involve is maybe will be raped, kidnapped, disturbed mentally and physically, and another risk that involving the ladies.

-Besides that, we also have a risk based on place. The place that we are choose to do the homeless is Chow Kit. As we know, Chow Kit is one of the place that have been mark as a    ‘ Black Area’. So, we have risk to pickpocket, be stolen, cheated and stolen goods worth.

This section lays out enterprise’s risks in a realistic way:

Financial risk

-We have a risk to get a sponsor to cover our financial. To get our sponsor is very difficult because not many people is like to involved a self in activities like this.

-As we know, the capital for started the business we get from our partners. So, the profit based on our selling the product we use totally for the homeless eventhough the profit is more or less.

Legal risk

-Based on legal risk, we can divided by two that is corporate company/agency or goverment company/agency. For the corporate company, they are totally support our activities because we also heard about corporate company always help the homeless. So that, we can cooperation with them to do this activities.

-Besides that, for the goverment company they also support our activities but we have a some restraint or procedure that we must follow before we can make this activities.

Talent risk

-For the talent risk, the risk that we will faced is if the partners do not have any skill or information based on their field/course, so our business will not run clearly and have a problem in the future. For example, if the partners do not have a skilful about financial, when we give the trust to her/him, it will be risk for our financial in the business.
