My Three day Dairy

Day 1:  Thursday, Decemeber 8th 2016  

         Breakfast: Home

            Lunch:Woodside Mall

Dinner: Home

-1/2 cup Grapefruit Juice (41 cal)

  -  1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (178 cal.)

-3 slices of pizza (315 g) (867cal)

-   (½ cup)  of orange Juice 125mL

2 hot dogs (300 cal)

1/2 cup carrots (26 cal)

1 banana (105 cal)

1 cup  of milk (103cal)

                               

Day 2: Friday December 9th 2016

Breakfast:Home

Lunch : Woodside Mall

Dinner: Home

1 bowl of frosted flakes with milk

( 110 Calories)

- 1 protein bar (180 cal)

-Turkey Sandwich - 6 Inch Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sandwich on Wheat With Veggies and Mayo(280 cal)

  • One can of coke (150 cal)

 1 serving of Lasagna, homemade, cheese, no vegetables( 360 cal)

-1 small carton of apple juice(100 cal)

Day 3: Saturday December 9th, 2016

Breakfast: Frankie Tomatto’s(Restaurant )
