It can shows to the public that they have social responsibility and they will care for the environment. Thirdly, Cathay Pacific has developed a good brand image as it took the “Best Airline Business Class” honour at the 2013 Business Traveller China Awards. Fourthly, as more and more passengers like to use mobile boarding pass to check-in as it is very convenient, Cathay Pacific and Dragonair make the mobile boarding pass service available through Passbook on IOS in order to make your journey more convenient. Passengers can store their Cathay Pacific or Dragonair mobile boarding pass in Passbook and it is easily accessible even when you are offline and you don’t have to download or use other mobile apps.
