1. Stock Corporation – a corporation which sells stocks.

*Asia Amalgamated Holdings Corp. – is a Philippine-based investment holding company. AAHC has made investments in various businesses, such as financial and banking services, distribution of household water filtration equipment and industrial waste water treatment, water transport services and non-life insurance brokerage.

*Ayala Corporation – is a holding company for the diversified interests of the Ayala Group. The company has a portfolio of diverse business interests, including investments in retail, real estate, banking, telecommunications, water infrastructure, renewable energy, electronics, information technology, and management and business process outsourcing.

*Republic Glass Holdings Corp. – is a publicly-listed holding company originally incorporated as Republic Glass Corporation engaged in the manufacturing of flat glass in 1956. The company began a pioneering venture in the manufacture of flat glass to save valuable foreign exchange through import substitution.

2. Non Stock Corporation – a corporation that doesn't sell stocks.

* Philippine Inter - Island Shipping Association, Inc. - PISA is an association of Domestic Ship owners; It is a non-stock, non-profit organization.

* Philippine Exporters Confederation, Inc.- (PHILEXPORT)is the umbrella organ of exporters accredited by the Phil. government. PHILEXPORT is a non-stock, non-profit private org. born out of the unification of the Phil. Exporters Foundation and the Confederation of Phil. Exporters.

* The Philippine Association of Convention/Exhibition Organizers and Suppliers, Inc. - (PACEOS) was established in 1981 as a non-stock, non-profit organization. The association currently boasts of 40 member organizations, all of which are leading professional event, exhibition and convention organizers and their partners in business - venue owners, booth contractors, freight forwarders, and hotels as well as institutions offering allied services, such as travel and tour agencies, airlines, printing, and other agencies.

3. Public Corporation – the corporation who sells stocks to public.

* Liberty Flour Mills, Inc. - is a Philippine company primarily engaged in the manufacture of flour and byproducts. The products of the Company consist mainly of flour products under the brands Bakery Flour, and El Superior and LFM Bakers. The Company caters mainly to bakeries, institutional end-users (i.e. pastry and cake shops) as well as supermarkets on a wholesale basis.
