American Telephone & Telegraph AT&T is a leading company in phone, internet and cable television industry today and the largest supplier of wireless, internet, and telephone services in the world. Every day AT&T is exposed to Internal and external factors affecting the company on its daily business, but management functions still have to be carried out. In today’s encomia there are factors affecting the management functions like technology, diversity, globalization, ethics, and innovations. Still, managers used different methods to change the factors affecting the management into opportunities for the company.
