- Activities in advertising and promotion
- Ex. How they get the customers to come in

- Any service after the product’s performance
- Ex. Training someone how to use the computer they purchased

- Legislation: changing of the laws
- Ex. Minimum wage increases = will increase costs

- If people aren’t getting paid enough, they won’t come out to pay for things
