Teamwork is very important in the strengthening of a company or a group, since critical decisions often have to be made and, therefore, the comments of each one of the people involved in these issues must be taken into account. something that you have to keep in mind, is that most of the time you have to do that, is when the group so call it is very confident and it is known that all participants are looking for the best option.
You always have to think about all the scenarios when making critical decisions, since depending on the organization chart, you can have most of the time people who depend on most of the decisions that are made and those same decisions can come to impact in the good or bad work environment in which they are, because if they come to make good decisions logically people will be happy, because they will have emotional stability and will have a better performance in their work, but if instead , there is uncertainty in their work, they will be thinking that they may lose their job, which will not allow them to collect their salary or to go and look for work elsewhere.
In my case, I am in favor of making team decisions, since one can have some misconceptions and that can have repercussions in our work circle, it is also very beneficial to take into account the opinions of other people who may have other perspectives, since they are the ones that generate the day-to-day production.
In my case I am in favor of this type of work, but it also generates doubt, almost always there is a person who makes the final decision, either by experience or by simple intuition, the truth I feel that in those moments it is better than a person make the decisions and take into account that you could get to take the contributions of teams, but also think that certain decisions are better to think alone.
