In this paper, through the analysis of fresh graduates employment situation and compensation simple correlation theory research, weigh the talent loss and compensation to improve financial expenditure, leaving during the exploration work in fresh, positive role played by the salary increase to retain talent, for the enterprise to break the bottleneck of brain drain.
