Executive Summary
The Liffey Tea Room Restaurant it’s a small business in Newbridge, Co. Kildare which will open its doors on the 1th of April 2016. It will be provided to our customer a various selection of Chinese and Indian Tea with refreshment of homemade pastries and appetizers which it will be provided to our customers with the benefits of a social environment, reasons like business meetings or networking.
In the last couple of years Ireland is the second country in Europe of ta high rate of tea consumption by all ages in the country in special during of Breakfast and Afternoon time so that’s why The Liffey Tea Room will be ideal business to be opened in Newbridge because it will be unique in the area by its product and service which we are intending to offer for our customer by a healthy option of the product which we are going to market, a relaxing atmosphere with a high standard of service and all this things will be offered to a very good value.
Our goal for the next three years is to set the benchmark that we have achieved to date, within five years the associates objective is to expand the organisation by opening another two similar business in Dublin City Centre and the other one in Galway City Centre and then in ten year’s time will be expanding the business internationally under the brand name “The Liffey Tea Rooms”.
For assure that the Liffey will have a successful business “Our belief is to make sure that customers is been satisfy with the quality of the product and service and in this showing their loyalty by returning time after time”.
Management Team
The Liffey Tea Room will comprised of four members. Below are the names of each team member, their role in the organization, and highlights of any relevant skill or career experience that they each have.
Angelika Lencewicz – Owner / GM – Angelika’s experience within the Food and Beverage Sector since 2012 in hotels and also restaurant and café shops. Angelika’s most her experience it comes by a small family business of a café shop. Angelika will also get a certificate where it is going to be recognised the study of Hospitality Service Management in Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland
