1. Cooperate with government instead of fighting with them. If there was a conflict or clash between the company and government entities, not try to take a tough stance, try to make a good communication with them. As a CEO, you should make you best effort to cooperate with them. Do not challenge or turn the issue to a lawsuit, even you have some reasons. It’s a good opportunity to cooperate with government to improve problems in our company.

2. Do not explain in public, customers always think that all of these things are excuses. And this action will make the situation even worse. Then, there will be more complaint and more hostile actions. All the people and public media will focus on your company, and it is really bad. As a CEO, you should try to minimize these problems and remove an effect. If the crisis became a public issue, what you have to do, is make an apology to the customer and take responsibilities.

3. When develop a new policy or strategy, you should consider the response. It may works, but also there maybe have some bad response from the employees. So, consider more and make some rules to control employees not go to a wrong way. Think more in a ethics way, reward good behavior and prevent bad behavior. So that, we can channel employee's behavior to company’s required direction.

4. Make decisions by considering more about business ethics. Sometimes, managers are willing to focus too much on the profit in short term, and ignore their customer and even break the law. As a CEO, you should make you own judgment, and seek long term sustainable development. There should be some guideline or redline cannot cross, and we should make clear about this.
