To Build Plane from Paper

In first activity our mission was to build plane from paper in 20 minutes. The challenge was making plane which can file far distance from other groups and the design of plane should look nice.

In these activities I worked with students I have been never worked with them before that was first challenge to me but I am sociable person and they was flexible with me. We sit together and discussed of how we can make the plane which can fly far distance? We divide team in two groups? I had take place in first group with Marim and Afra worked with Marim Hassan. My task was to make research in internet and find how to make plane and other they worked to create plane by their own way. The time was ranging and we still not finishing our work Mariam Hassan were a leader of the group and she done the task very well, she has good leadership skills. She controlled in the team, and motivated the students to complete their worked when we field in first tried.

The leadership theories that support my plan are goal-setting theory. It is the proposition that specific goals increase performance, and difficult goals, when accepted, result in higher performance than easy goals. In this activity goal setting strategy helped me to keep focused on the work and motivated me to work cooperatively to assign tasks, assess progress, and deliver on time

I learned that good team which try to benefit of members talent .Where one member may be weak, another might be strong and working together they gives the good resource for team. Also I find that working in a team raises the work performance, as well as creates work flow and information distribution between team members which ensured that the project is completed in a timely and efficiently.
