Tutee Has Lots of Benefit on Human Resources

Tutee has lots of benefit on human resources. As I mentioned earlier, Tutee has established newly and it tries to save money on employees. Therefore, Tutee has six employees and the rest work force will be chosen from intern students. There are some advantages for Tutee by using intern students. Firstly intern students are from different nationalities due to increase the international market knowledge. Secondly, intern students do not have any expense for company and usually students are keen to involve in company activities, meanwhile, they try to prove their abilities to the company and themselves, and the company has a lot of possibility of outsourcing, too. Hiring wages for the programmers from outside of Denmark is cheaper for Tutee. It is easy for the company to hire programmers from outside because there are many outsource around the world which could be hired as employees or free license. Moreover, the manager of the company makes a real good atmosphere inside the office. By doing the individual meeting within the employees, he tries to be sure of everything to be done well and his employees are happy. If they have some problem, they can talk about it and the manager tries to solve it for them. Also he is so open for all ideas and suggestions which come from the employees. Plus, the manager gives the authorities to the employees to do their tasks by their own ways without any pressures or stresses. Consequently, the employees are so happy at their work and they are motivated to have a more productivity, bringing the best result for the company.
