Can you live without money? To get money you have to work. Work is very important for everyone. People need it to spend their time and for a salary. All governments in the world are suffering to create jobs for everyone. So today, the issue of unemployment represents one of the basic problems that face most countries in the world. Despite their differences, unemployment is the world’s problem. The definition of unemployment is the country does not have available careers for any person that has the ability to work. Unemployment can be full or partial. The growing unemployment in the community constitutes a risk. The world knows that there are three basic reasons for this unemployment the number of people, employment of foreigners, and late retirement age. Even though the reasons are complex, there are several ways to address the problem of unemployment.
The problem of unemployment is the most serious problem that threatens society whether economical, political or social. The most important reason unemployment has increased in recent years is the number of people. When a country has a lot of people they cannot provide jobs for everyone. For example, in India there are a large population and the number of people who need jobs are more, so they have a problem because of the growing population. In addition, some countries employ foreigners rather than training their citizens to work. They try to find employees with cheaper salaries which affect residents. As a result, some governments have been warning the countries for many years that employment of foreigners has great risk. In addition, there is the most common reason is late retirement age which people have a job from a young age to old age. This situation does not make an opportunity for others to get a job. Employment is one of the challenges that the country should pay attention to in this period because it is a big problem that affects many countries.
The problem of unemployment has side effects on society so we have to recognize the seriousness and try to solve the problem. Every government must provide work for its citizens because it is not fair employment outside. If the government believes that its citizens do not have work experience, they must qualify them to work. In order to achieve this they have to create training centers to train people for work. The result of this method is that it will be beneficial for both government and citizens. On the one hand,
