EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Vision Sdn Bhd is a start-up tourism business in Malaysia for solving the poverty in Kampung Pauh through creating job opportunities. The company has created at least 43 job opportunities to local villagers at the same time company could gain income through commission and activities fees. The company is formed to provide adventure sport, travel packages with accommodations, foods and related eco-tourism services such as jungle trekking, kayaking, and visit the ethnic home to the target customers group.
Meanwhile, there are 10 houses that company renovated and provided as homestay. Homestay is one of our main concerned of the services which we provide a natural and fresh environment to our tourists that different from the city. The target customers are able to experience the adventurous activities in Kampung Pauh. Besides, the risks have been calculated and the solutions have been prepared before the business start to operate.
Vision Sdn Bhd project the sales revenue for year 2018 is RM1,978,470 with the profit of RM40,263 subsequent years revenue of RM2,077,394 and RM2,285,133 with respective profit of RM152,218 and RM247,444. The sales revenue expected to increase after year three of operation through adding in waterpark activities.
With well-trained staffs, the company provides the quality outdoor adventure activities to the target customers group, the values received by customers are a natural, healthy and enjoyable experiences. In Malaysia, the total arrivals were 25.95 million in 2017. Besides, in Sabah, there are 3.67 million arrivals in 2017. Besides, at Kampung Pauh currently there is no other similar industry player. Therefore the new start-up will expect to be profitable and improve the villager’s economic level.
There are five shareholders in Vision Sdn Bhd while they are from different backgrounds and also in the position of management team in this business. Each of them have the share of 20% which is RM500,000 in the paid-in capital to the business.

Vision Sdn Bhd is a tourism business in Malaysia. The company acts as a travel agency to bring the tourist to the village that they cooperate with. They provide some interesting activities to the tourists such as jungle trekking, kayaking, visit ethnic home and so on. They also provide homestay to them and they earn profits from this. The vision of this business is would like to become the most influential tourism business in Malaysia. The main objective of the company is to sustain their financial. The founders got the idea for creating this business is because they want to start-up a business which collaborates with the villager and can help both of them earn money at the same time. This will be the very successful business because it has the potential to earn profits and this is the win-win situation business because both parties can earn the profits at the same time.
