The proposed system aims to provide Water Station an effective and efficient sales and inventory system thus; transactions will be more reliable and easy accessible faster that they do not have to hire another employer to do the job. It gives more accurate and secure records of sales and inventory of the firm. The following are beneficiaries of the proposed study and their benefits:
The business would benefit from the system because it would provide a great help to the business making their day to say operation easier. The owner, as well as the admin, can manage the business with lesser difficulties because this system will provide the most important operation in a water station- the sales and inventory. This system would make the process flow much better than before.
With the help of this system, the employees would be more productive because they won’t having hard time in searching and looking for the gallons, making their work easier.
For the customer, they can easily see their transactions by giving accurate and secure record of sales.
For the developers, the development of the system will enhance their capabilities in making and implementing an effective and efficient system, thus making them as a critical thinker by thinking of solution.
Lastly, the future researchers can use this project as a guide and reference if ever they want to create a system related to this kind. Also, if other problem arises in this system, the developers are looking forward that the future researches can use the data gathered to solve it.
