According to Forbes apple is regarded as the world’s most valuable brand for the eighth straight year, with a value of $182.8 billion up by 8%. Compare to last year, this achievement is because of Apple’s strong customer base in less than 2 months apple sold 29 million phones to its global customer in that china has contributed more by fetching 21% of its total revenue.
- Self-developed Operating systems and User Interface-
Apple has developed its own operating system called IOS for its smartphones and other gadgets and it also developed user interface that any one can handle it easily. Apple has been providing continuous support for its operating system through regular updates where as other companies especially some reputed companies like Samsung, LG, XIOMI etc… have to depend on google for their android operating system.
- Innovative products and designs-
Apple is known for its innovative products and designs we can see every time there is a uniqueness in its product launch later all its competitors copies the same design and specification. Recently apple launched iPhone X now we can see iPhone X’s design in all major smartphone manufacturer including vivo, oppo etc...
- Popular services-
Apple has changed the way of listening music by introducing iPod apart from this apple owns many popular services such as iTunes, iBook, iCloud, etc… which are exclusively available for the apple customers in case of its competitors they have to depend on some third-party apps to avail these services.
- Ability to sell luxury products to anyone-
If we look at the apple’s pricing strategy it looks like the product is being targeted to premium or high-class customer but actually these products have become more successful among all class of people.
