I personally have learned many things that may have impact to my leadership through this class. In fact, I have applied leadership skills I learned to use at my workplace. Such as listening to others, sharing visions, enable others to work, encourage and etc. The five exemplary practice of leadership like Model the way, Inspire shared vision, Challenge the process, Enable others to work and Encourage the heart helped me to improve and develop my leadership skills. For example, I applied one of the practice Model the way to improve to create a path for others to follow at work. When people work towards to larger projects, they intend to lose or unsure about what they suppose to do. But when I show them a path or the way to go, they create opportunities to finish the task with satisfaction. Inspired shared vision also helped me to be a better leader. When my team was singed to perform a task and presentation in front of CBL conference, we shared ideas how to perform and worked together instead of me telling or commanding them to do this or do that. In fact, when we shared ideas, we could have prepared better and be succeed at the conference. Challenge the process created an opportunity for me to get promoted. When I assigned to be a leader for a project called CCNA which was one of the biggest project for my company. I was pressured and unsure if I could do it or not. However, it was innovation to improve the company and created a chance for me to get promoted. In fact, it was challenge to me but I had chance to develop my skills and good experience for me. I have improved my chance to finish the task by assigned right people to right place. One of the practice the Enable others to work helped me to analyze workers individual's skills which it could maximized the performance level. It also help build relationship stronger between me and worker because we trust each other. Encourage the heart helped me and my co-workers to keep our job and help us to stand stronger
