The McBride Financial Service is what I am going to create my ethical organization profile

On. This company provides services for home and refinances mortgages loans. The McBride

Financial Services is a start-up regional mortgage lender, and the headquarter is in Bose, Idaho.

It will specialize in conventions FHA and VA loans for home and refinancing ( Apollo Group

Inc, 2008). The company plans to achieve a financial break-even with six months of

Commencing operations become a profitable company by a year.

The mission for the McBride Financial Service is to have a low cost mortgage service using the

State-of the art technology in five state areas: Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, and

South Dakota (Apollo Group Inc, 2008). The customers will receive the efficient and effective

processing of the mortgage application. This will serve the primary or secondary residence for

professional purchasing and retiree's purchasing. Families or individuals purchasing recreational

properties will also who the company serve. Upon approved credit, McBride company provides:

Credit Reports, a home Inspection, appraisal, and Mortgage at the lowest rate available

(Apollo Group Inc, 2008).All of this is at a fixed price of 1,500 dollars.

The moral and ethical issue that I see for the company is the company marketing plans. They

Need to do some research first to determine the customer's needs and what the demographic are

in the business operating areas. When doing this research, the McBride Financial Services can

then target customers better according to demographics and media to help promote service.
