A four letter… Love

What is love? To me love is an ineffable feeling of affection. To me love has so meaning angles to it. It is a combination of so many different feelings and circumstances from affection, emotions, attraction, and attachment. Love has no age limit. Nor can it be measured to any value or amount. Love is what you are willing to give, and to me when you truly love something. You are willing to give everything. Love is inherently compassionate and empathic, true love cannot be manipulated or restrained. Love is what happens when you open your heart and allow the love that is naturally inside of you to naturally flow from within. Love is that tingle in your body and that twinkle in your eyes.

True love is a foundation built with integrity, respect, faith, and trust. Love is the answer to all things and one of the main reasons of life. Love is what brings us together. I love to hear my son say” Mommy I Love You”. That is the most amazing love in this world to me. Even when he says it one hundred plus times a day, with a hundred plus hugs a day. It is a feeling that I never want to go away, and I don’t know where my life would be without it. I tell my son a million times a day that I love him so much. I never want him to ever feel or think for one second that he is not loved. Just to see a six year old full of affection, protection, and attachment. It makes me wonder how infants on up to pre-school can understand love and also know when and how to display it and receive it. Animals can even receive and display love. Pet owners typically consider their pets as family members. Calling their dogs or cat’s baby, son, or daughter, families express that their pet is an extension of their family. The pet such as a dog establishes a love and a bond for that owner, and vice versa. That dog expresses their love by licking all their owner , being excited wagging their tails when they see their
