Summary

The purpose of this report was investigate about student who live in Ixora. We need to seeks the complaint of suggest possible solutions to improve the facilities and cleanliness in Ixora.

The report was requested by Mdm Lim Ai Ling…

We choose the method of questionnaire survey of 30 MMU student or tenants who live in the Ixora. Through this method, we try to find out how MMU students who live in Ixora opinion towards the facilities and cleanliness in Ixora.

We found out several problem of Ixora consist of availability of WiFi because some of the student can’t complete their work smoothly without WiFi provided. The following problem is cleanliness of swimming pool because more than half of the student was strongly disagree the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the last is the condition of facilities.

The following recommendations were made:

• The management should looking forward for the student or tenants required and take action for the complaint.
• Should check the completion of facilities daily  
• Install  WiFi connector at each block of Ixora
• Clean the swimming pool periodic

BACKGROUND

Ixora Apartment is located at Bukit Beruang, Melaka. The prestigious Ixora Apartment comprises of 4 blocks of majestic residential apartments spreading over 9 acres of land. It is surrounded by hills and lush tropical greenery, creating a comfortable and tranquil living environment.

There are 560 units of apartment are purposely built to accommodate the need of university students. Each apartment contains 4 bedrooms with a shared pantry area to provide a comfortable yet private living environment for the students.
