I Tamara give my daughter Sarah " power

of attny in my behalf because of dealth and/or unable to sign

in my own behalf due to health reasons.

I also give Micheal second in power of attny in case Sarah

is not avaliable due to dealth.

I would like Sarah to take my children: Ronnie and

Aaron until the age of 18 in case of my absence by

dealth.

I am willed the amount of $250,000.00 from my parents

James and late Sharleen this money is to

be split to benefit my stated children.

In the amount of $150,000.00 to go to my children as stated :

Shawn the father of JayLynn Hunter

and Harmony to only be given for a home the home must remain

in Sarah's name. Not to be sold until the named children are of the age of

18, therefore the home must remain in the state of Oregon until the named

children are the age of 18 at that time the home must be sold and split in

three ways for Jaylynn, Hunter and Harmony for education purpose only.

If these named children do not use for education Sarah is to use this for her

own personal purpose.
