8) I expect that you make a pitch for Delphique 2011 to some high ranking executive of your internship company and preferably to HR guy, presenting our brochure and cover letter.

9)Please make a general pitch and don't force for any particular event unless the company executive shows interest in any particular event. Do ask him that - which event their company would like to get associated with and whether they are interested at all or not. If not, convince them to join Delphique once and have the experience. You have been given USP's of Delphique in pitching doc.

10) After that, please inform the executive that he will be contacted by a Delphique member regarding the same and supply you with more details and help. And so please collect visiting cards (very imp.) from the guy to whom you make a pitch. ATB. Please help Delphique.

11) Every member who is assigned students will fill the spreadsheet after pitching has been done by them. Also all members will fill up the sheet after their own pitching. Imp is contact details and response of company. Don't wait for the visiting card to reach you. Students might misplace them. So get the details on phone only when he/she tells you about the experience of pitching and fill the spreadsheet. Also write the follow up actions like – have to mail further details to company, or contact them after few days and so on in the spreadsheet.
