4.3 Manager 3 :Kazuo
Strength
4.3.1 Organising ability
Kazuo is a person who have organising ability skill. He will discuss aims with the team and set realistic targets helps employees and company move forward. Without understanding one of these, employees will lack of motivation and lead to poor performance. Kazuo must ensure that each person to achieve the objectives and goals of the company and understands goals and shares in decision making. As it provide a clear picture of where is the company heading and helps everyone to understand where is their contribution. (MacDonald, 2015) Beisde this, Kazuo want to learn how to manage multicultural groups successfully.
4.3.2 Loyalty to company
Kazuo is a loyal person who believe the company is more important than the individual, it's essential never to let the company down. According to ( Halvorson, 2013), loyalty plays an important role in long- term business. It helps to decrease turnover costs, and helps to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, productivity and stable work environment for everyone in the company.
4.3.3 Democratic
Kazuo is a person who do not permit disagreement and argument in order to keep harmony and able to create positive working environment to ensure everyone perform well during work.(Acas, 2015)
Weakness
4.3.4 Focus on result
Kazuo is a person who only focus on the result as he will hold many meetings, no time limit and always consult staff on all decision. It is important to schedule meetings only when necessary and make sure to keep the meeting on time and on track. No time limit meeting will cause employees exhaustion, irritability and lack of concentration during meeting. (Osha.gov, 2015)
Not just that, Kazuo shouldn’t let people feel shame if they do not achieve company goals. Shame is a negative motivation will affect an individual lack of confidence, motivation, concentration and keep failing. Encourage employee can helps to improve their performance in future. (university of Cambridge, 2001)
