Based on /upon the conclusion/ survey among sb, the author concludes/ recommends that 原文结论. Specifically, it is argued that XX, without the detailed evidence about XX. The reasoning in this argument is problematic in several aspects.
At first glance, the author’s argument of this conclusion appears to be somewhat convincing, but further reflection reveals that it omits some substanitial concerns that should be addressed in the statement. A careful examination of this argument would review how groundless the conclusion is.
While this argument has some merit, there are a few assumptions that deserve attention.
The argument is severely defeated by the confused logic in its reasoning process. For the most part this argument is well-reasoned, a few concerns must be addredded.

Based upon the survey among the company, the author concludes/ recommends that the workers are generally apathetic about management issues is false, or at least outdated. Specifically, it is argued that 79 percent of the nearly 1,200 workers show their interest in the topic of the company, without the detailed evidence about the background of these responders. Besides that, it lacks the scope and validity of that survey. The argument is severely defeated by the confused logic in its reasoning process. Citing survery of the worker, the author reports 79 % of nearly 1200 workers love of the topics about the corporate restructuring and the redesign of benefits program. It is not clare about, however, the scope and validity of that survey. For example, the survey could have asked the responders if they prefer the corporate restructuring or the redesign of benefits program, only providing these two options. The sample may not have been representative of the employees, asking only those managers who have in charged of certain apartment. Unless the survey is fully representative, valid and reliable, it cannot be used to effectively back the author’s argument.
