My name is Professor J. T. White, Jr. I am an Adjunct Professor here at Concordia University. Born in St. Louis, Missouri, I am married, have one daughter, and live in Buffalo Grove, Il.

I share my knowledge and experiences for Management, Sales, Human resources, Diversity Management, Training and Development, Organization Development, Small Business Management, Product Development, Marketing, and various other disciplines, with a successful 36 year career with Kraft Foods, plus my father's businesses, and contract work as a National Sales Manager for a new Entrepreneurial Business in my hometown of St. Louis (STL), I have a combined 50+ years of experience.

My business experience actually began with my father's entrepreneurial spirit for businesses while I was in grade school through college. In the beginning I was responsible for filling clothing orders for customers, and delivering them on my bicycle to their homes.

My corporate experience comes from the largest Food Manufacturer in the world, Kraft Foods as mentioned previously. I started with Kraft as a sales representative in STL 1972. In 1984 Kraft promoted and moved me and my family to Kraft Headquarters based here in Chicago. During my 36 years at Kraft I was promoted 13 times to different levels of management both in the field and in headquarters. Each challenge has given me a different prospective of the company, our customers, the consumers, shareholders, my company as a World Leader, and fellow employees as myself. I held positions in Sales, Human Resources, Organization Development, Customer Development, and Diversity Management.

My undergraduate degree is from St. Louis University. I earned my MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Business and Management in 2002 while working for Kraft. After retiring from Kraft in 2008, I worked as a one year contracted National Sales and Marketing Consultant for an Entrepreneurship out of STL in the Health and Beauty Aides Industry. Recently Kraft has hired me as a contractor to conduct several Kraft Diversity and New Employee Orientation Programs on an as needed basis.
