A conflict always generates tension that often leading us to aggressive that we need to know how to control and never loss control.

Q1. What can channel members do to prevent conflict from becoming dangerous? To what extent can management control conflict in its early stages?

A conflict always generates tension that often leading us to aggressive that we need to know how to control and never loss control.

The solution of conflict between channel members is manager need to understand the conflict. First, manager need to analysis possible conflict in the beginning, and estimate possible solutions. Second, if conflict really happened between channel members, manager needs to identify it, and check the possibility solutions to solve it. If it cannot be solved by alternatives plan then manger needs to control it. Thirdly, how to prevent conflict become worse is an important issue in an organization. The problem in channel members can divide into three parts, "Financial cannot have the same price, and it will affect their business performance and lose the balance of bargaining power between agents. The structure also brings the risk for company and retailers. First, agents cannot focus on promote product when all agents sell the same product in the same market. Second, company sells their product online and also sells in physical store. The conflict between physical store and agent cannot be avoided in this case.

For manager, the possible conflicts in this case are clear and it can be avoided, however, the manage style that is deep conflict and hard to figure it out. The conflict manage style is based on human behavior; therefore, few possible strategy may solve it. In
