Macau Case

In Macau, the first main industry is tourism. In this study, we analyze the situation and develop a mobile app in Android in order to enhance Macau's international status.

Although the tourism is growing quickly, but Macau resident is not happy. Contrary the growing economic causes a lot of social problem. For example: traveler have increase every years, but the public transport can't burden, cause the public transport overload, the traffic jam make the resident feel so trouble. In the other way, the economic growing cause the shop rent rapid rise, many special shop shut down because the cost increase, in the Macau, many have people is not satisfaction for this.

In this project, we want to use our knowledge to develop a tourism app; we hope this app can help the visit Macau, in the same time, solve the problem, and make the resident have the real happy life.

The study will talk about the idea with our project; how to get the benefit and the function list about the mobile apps.

This study is divided into four parts, those are:

 Introduction the company's background, our mobile apps idea and the industry location;

 Businesses initiative, talk about our product how get success;

 System Analysis, about the full idea with our apps.

 Design Workflow

Finally, the study will clearly explain the company's idea, and our success product, and give the conclusion to summarize the project.

2. The E-business initiative

This part describes our statements and the situation about Macau tourism such as the relationship about each other and the objective.

2.1 Problem statements

Tourism is the most important in Macau, and Macau is very small, each year the passengers are over the Macau capacity. So resident are resist the tourism developing, and it will hinder the economic development, the mainly due to two reasons:

 Government lack attractions planning, so some attractions have too many tourist and some have special culture attractions have been forgotten.

 Individual visitor haven't the specific travel plan will make public transport overload, it cause traffic congestion is very normal in Macau.
