Format: Power Point Presentation with 15 slights (at least) and  A4 paper with 5 pages (at least) (12 Times New Roman and Single space)

Important Points About Term Paper

1. Every individual must choose one of the following topics and inform the lecturer until November 17, 2015.

2. A topic can be chosen by more than one individual.

3. Every individual must give the term paper on time.

4. Presentation of the paper to the class is optional.

5. Copy and paste type of papers will not be accepted. Your comments in especially Introduction and Discussion parts are very important for this paper.

6. Term paper must consist of Introduction (at least 1 page), Development  (at least 3 pages) and Discussion parts (at least 1 page).

Topics

1. Your assignment is to develop the outline of a strategic plan for the college or university.  This should include such things as mission and vision statements, strategic goals, and corporate, competitive, and functional strategies. In preparing your plan, make sure to show the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats the college faces, and which prompted you to develop your particular strategic plans.  (Chapter 3)
