Briefly describe your experience in PGL, whether you found it beneficial in the two weeks after PGL (if so what are those benefits?) and the value you created for your life out of your participation.

PGL was a perfect start for the course, nothing else could be better. The classes on stress management, and different ways of doing pranayama were really beneficial. Before the classes of PGL I never used to do any physical exercise for my health, but in the course I learnt how important it is to take care of our health and well being. Every day since then my roomate, Kaushik Anantharaman, and I have been practising yoga and pranayama every morning followed by jogging for 15 minutes. All this takes about 35-40 minutes in morning. I always feel good about my health and I smile while doing exercise and because of the same I have started manifesting the same happiness in my life. I feel very much active throughout the day and also am able to concentrate better. Earlier I always used to skip my breakfast, but now I take a good healthy breakfast and feel the difference as it gives me energy to work throughout the day.

I think if I feel good about my health I am able to do anything and also keep other people surrounding me happy. I feel the positive vibrations around me all the time.

I feel I have been equipped with a magical tool now with which I can control my emotions and feelings. Due to my end term exams I was not able to do my exercise for 1 day and felt really bad about it the whole day. Then I remembered that I need not feel bad rather I should welcome the feeling so that it leaves me and I realised in this way I could meditate for sometime which too had the same effect as Yoga has on me.

I really want to thank Captain JV for making us learn so many things in life which will help us through out, be it our work or personal life.
