Queen Elizabeth was important because she was a scholar who spoke many languages and established Protestantism as the country’s religion.

Queen Elizabeth’s adult life impacted the country and herself. She ruled England for 45 years her mother was executed, her father broke with the Catholic Church, her half-sister imprisoned her, her half-sister died and she became queen

Was sent to the Tower of London by her sister Mary There was a rebellion against the Queen led by Thomas Wyatt in 1554, and letters were intercepted that implied Elizabeth knew of the plot and was gathering armed support. Mary’s Reason for sending Elizabeth to the tower of London, Elizabeth rose above it and refused to go to the tower of London.

There was no proof, Elizabeth firmly denied any involvement, but was sent to the Tower as nobody wanted the responsibility of keeping her at their home. She was terrified, but she continued to protest her innocence, having no idea what her fate would be so she had no pity.

Everyone loved Queen Elizabeth; they say she was very nice and devoted. Elizabeth received excellent education and inherited a wise confidence character from her parents These favorable traits would serve Elizabeth well later when she becomes Queen.
