1. A.I.M Arifur Rahman- He feels stressed while working but this stress helps him perform better regarding his job tasks. He said it acts as a motivating factor for him. Thus he is satisfied. But according to our survey, he scored a total of 115 and so is said to be a moderate type A personality, which means he feels stressed in almost every situation. Yet, he prefers banking over other job industries.
2. Mohammad Saif Uddin- This respondent says that he is very stressed with his work and that he is not at all satisfied with his job. He would easily switch his job if opportunity permits. But according to our survey, his total score is 73 which indicate that he has a low type B personality which include low stress feature. So we can conclude that his stress is not related to his personality.
3. Anonymous- This female employee claims to experience stress in her workplace, yet she says that she is fully satisfied. So in that case, her stress acts as a motivating factor and has a positive relationship with her performance. Her stress is a challenge stressor. In our survey we found her total score to be 103. This means that she has moderate type A-personality. She is not willing to change her job to any other industry. Therefore, her satisfaction matches with her personality.
4. Fuad Hasan Prodhan- This person says that he feels stressed at the workplace but to him the stress is a challenge stressor because it helps to motivate him in completing his tasks accurately on time. His survey result was 96, which means that he is a low type A-personality and so is supposed to have some stress. And this stress acts as a positive factor for him in his job performance. This person is fully satisfied with his work and is not ready to switch his job to any other place.
5. Mohammad Fahmid Ahammed- This employee said that he is satisfied with his work and says that his stress level at work is moderate. According to our survey,
