If there's Mercato in Taguig, Salcedo and Legaspi in Makati, why will south of the metro be out of the list? Soderno @ Molito is the new mouth of the south! Located at the Molito Lifestyle Center at the Corners of Alabang-Zapote Road, Madriagal Avenue and Commerce Avenue (in front of Alabang Town Center and Ayala Alabang Village). Soderno is patterned after Mercato in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Same as Mercato, it has a wide range of food and delicacies. It has two incarnations, an evening food bazaar that operates on Friday and Saturday nights, from 6pm to 3am. And Sundays from 7am to 4pm. The tent transforms into a market featuring organic goods, arts and crafts and fashion stalls.
Soderno @ Molito offers good variety of food. They have barbecue, isaw and fried dumplings. Fast food offerings like burgers and nachos. Rice meals are also available from Filipino to American cuisines. Diners should remember that foods here aren't cheap compared to mall food court. They have affordable and reasonable prices.
Soderno is a crowded place so seats are hard to find and patience in long lines is a must. But despite of these events, it's worth the wait, worth the temper and worth the patience by their mouth-watering, delicious foods!
