The article that we are given and which is taken from The Economist talks about the Generation Y and their difficulty to be hired nowadays.
Indeed, this criticism article explains that the Generation Y, which represents people borne between 1980s and 1990s has a deepen difficulty to find a job and be recruited by companies.
Moreover, the current society has changed and it becomes less easy to find a job than 20s.
However, this problem is common between applicants and companies. Indeed, companies have a lower turnover. Whereas Generation Y has an high frustration.
Therefore, youngers are incited to go in foreign countries hoping find new opportunities.
Finally, this article suggests that we could hire more Generation y people because they could help companies to save money with their knowledge, their creativity such as it was happened with Facebook and MySpace. We need to believe in the Generation Y potential to build a better future.

Nowadays, it becomes very difficult to young graduated people to find a job after their studies. Indeed, because of the job demand is higher than the supply, companies hire less than 20s. However, we could think that the use of the social network could increase the chances of applicants to be hire.
We will try to find an answer with the aid of two parts.
Firstly, we will see the positive aspects of the social network in the professional word. After words, we will show the negative effects of this latter.
The social network could be an efficient answer to find a job in our current difficult economic context. Indeed, in order to illustrate our point of view, we will take the example of the professional application LinkedIn. This latter gives you the possibility to check the professional profile of any people working in any companies. If you are interested by a company, you can send a private message to the professional inside the application. By this way, you can increase your chances to be hired in this company because you could build a relationship with him.
