Have you ever heard a girl or even a woman say they are beautiful at least three times a day? Neither have I. I think the fact of the matter is that young girls to old women cannot be content with themselves due to their insecurities. Above the Influence statistics show that teenagers think about their insecurities at least three times a day- at least. I will be addressing who is affected by these females complaining about their beauty, as well as a way to make them feel more confident.

I’m ugly, I’m fat, I have big hips, and no one likes me. Those are some of the most spoken words from any girl rather than I’m beautiful, I’m skinny, dang my hip are so curvy- we got Beyonce up in here, or even I am so glad to have my friends. Girls crave attention, which is not always a bad thing, but when they attempt to get attention by focusing on their insecurities it will get them nowhere expect home to cry for lack of attention. Here is the key to making your day better. What girl in here doesn’t look in the mirror; take at least on funny picture to upload onto instagram? That’s what I thought. In the morning start the day off by going into the bathroom looking in the mirror and saying “hey good lookin’, how you doin’?” No, but seriously go look in the mirror and express out loud I will have a good day. Put quotes, bible verses, pictures around the mirror to bring up thoughts about how great and wonderfully made you are. Though in the long run it’s not about what is on the outside in the first place anyway, you’ve probably heard that before right? Well it’s true. Sure, now in high school boys normally look at what is on the outside, but high school boys will be high school boys. So ladies get over yourself- except it. Everyone is beautiful so stop crying and saying anyone is ugly because you aren’t! For those of you who call others ugly, dirt bags, or even hoe shame on you, hurting people for your own pleasure; do you feel better? Are you satisfied? Feeling cool, no, some girl has been sent home crying and thinking she is things, we both know, are not true. Now the only thing you have is an ugly reputation. So, ladies next time someone calls anyone ugly I want all the ladies out there to say I’m as ugly as a pasture full of roses- corny I know, but effective. The problem here is that females get offended really easy leading them to announce their insecurities, and not accepting true facts.
