The nature of the personality
Every member of an organization has its own style and ways of behaving. So it’s very important to have an effectively working. It also requires very understanding and appreciation of how people differ from one another.
First the people’s personality can be described in many ways. Some people see to be perfectionists they can be critical, impatient, demanding, and intense. Other kinds of people are more relaxed and easygoing. personality is the patterns of relatively enduring about the person thinks feels and behaves.it is also a very important factor in accounting for why employees act the way they do in organizations and why they have favorable or unfavorable attitudes toward their jobs and organizations(George and Jones,
2011)
Second determinants of personality nature and nature: why are some employees happy and easygoing and others don’t. The answer is very simple they can be found by examine the determinants of the personality: nature and nature. Firstly, the personality is partially determined by nature, or biological heritage. Secondly the personality will also develops over time, responding to the experiences people have children and as adults (George and Jones, 2011).
Third personality and the situation the personality accounts for observable regularities in people’s attitudes and behaviors, it would seem reasonable to assert that it would account for such relatives at work.
