The Political Profile in Brazil

Government

The Brazil Government return to democracy in 1988, the government had successfully preserved the autonomy and sovereignty for the civilian in Brazil. The change had involved the Constitution which successfully separates the use of absolute power. Even though the country is making great progress in governmental set up, but the struggling of the last few decades had remain some serious problems to the government. The social inequality and corruption had appears and people began protest the social safety of the country. Meanwhile the basic education had not been provided to most of the population. Even though Brazil had successfully got the rights to hold the 2014 World Cup, many people believe the government should spend the money on more of an education than a football game. (Barrett)

The above chart has shown the graphics of political stability from, Brazil, USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Germany. It is very obvious the Brazil is always at the bottom of the chart all the time. The chart had shown a scale from -0.5 to 1.5, the maximal can be 2.5 to -2.5. The more positive the number is, the Political is more stable, the more negative the number is the political is more unstable. The chart had shown Brazil is stabilizing around zero from year 1996 to 2012. But as the chart had shown, all countries in the chart had a decline on the political stability, Brazil had keep the level around zero quite well.

The economy downside and the growing of inflation rate had brought the protestors into a growing number. The concerns had brought to the level weather Brazil can safely holding the World Cup 2014 and Olympic 2016. The anti-government demonstrations had keep on growing over 80 cities in Brazil. The number is critical, in central people had a protest crowd of 300,000 people, the police force had to chase them away to surrounding areas. (Padden, 2013)
