Summary
The case study is about the Ceebow plc which is a UK based government company and dealing with all type sports event. Company comprises highly talented employees in all field they have four rules that is they always welcome the opportunities, deal directly with clients, doesn’t matter about the job title, and they always ready whether they ready or not. But due to lack of confident, and academic skills in their employees Ceebow were facing huge amount of problems so they need some graduate recruitment and selection and good performance system for the employees’ performance.
