When I go out or even just stay home and browse the Internet, there is this company that is expending and becoming more frequent, I’m talking about Under Armour. Under Armour is clothing and Accessories Company know most for their sports gear. It all started in 1996 by Kevin Plank, a football player for Maryland, who was tired of always changing his soaking wet shirt under his football jersey. He got inspired of his shorts that were dry even after a long and hot practice and he created a moisture-wicking synthetic fabric t-shirt. The brand started to get noticed when one of his shirt was on an NFL athlete on the cover of the USA Today newspaper. Under Armour continued to grow and it achieves what it is today, a Worldwide company.  Like any other brand, Under Armour has a lot of sponsorship with many athletes like Tom Brady, Cam Newton, Lindsey Vonn and many others and they have their name on many other things like the NFL combine and even the TV show Duck Dynasty. Since Under Armour started in Maryland, the headquarters is there and also they have an alliance with the university of Maryland, where studied Kevin Plank. The alliance consist that Under Armour provides all the sports uniform and gear for the school and the school cannot accept other brands gears like Nike or Adidas.
