Factors that would make tourism more comfortable: Host community, tour operator, travel agents, tour guides, Forex, government, souvenir shop
Effective policy should be Valid, Efficient and Implementable
- Issue/problem identification: starting point is to have a clean and detailed destination of the issue to be addressed.
- Specification of objectives : the issue to be addressed should have at least general idea of destination and the objective to be achieved .As soon as the issue to be addressed is identified it is necessary to agree on statement of objectives
- Development of possible option: buy or sell an option on policy.
- Choice of preferred option: choice is driven by implication on the decision made and normally should be positive affecting people and/or government
- Policy decision making: usually done at a very high level, experienced in most administration that the nearer the decision are to the apex of the policy pyramid
- Design of implementation strategy : it is the bridge between formulation and implementation
- Policy review and reformulation : examine or assess the policy formally with the possibility or intention of instituting change if necessary

Customer Services is directly related to Tourism because Travel Industry is based on Money and without customer there is no Income. Good customer service is required at every part of tourism either it is hotel, restaurant, travel agency, flight etc. Regardless of how rude and demanding the customer can be it is more important to keep positive attitude and be friendly with the customer.
