Why I Choose Management

In such a busy world, work environment could alternate from tranquil to a colossal chaos. Throughout decades civilized leaders and enlightened preachers who possessed the required management qualifications have conquered all the obstacles that may occur in the work place as individuals and teams.
Being a manager can actually bring you to a whole another level of experience. You learn how to be in control of the situation no matters how sever it is. It gives you the opportunity to learn how to run the business by taking daily decisions to keep your firm functioning to be in sync with the rest of the corporation.
As a student I always wanted to be selected as a group leader. And why is that? Because I'm a fond of being the refuge that embraces and help people to be more effective and efficient. Furthermore as growing up I found myself attracted to characters who made their way through drastic consequences by being incredible managers who infused lots of emotions among people. For instant, Steve Jobs the head of apple. He made outstanding changes in the world of technology. He didn’t have the skills to build a computer or a phone but he had something more precious, a sense of management and guidance. He assembled a great team, he inspired and motivated it and fixed every detail.
One day I want to be just like my role model Steve Jobs. I want to be confident, pragmatic, creative, optimistic and ambitious. I know plenty of people consider managers as incompetent lazy people but in fact they deal with the most perplex situations ever and without managers the workplace will be a downright chaos.
