Human rights violations occur all over the world throughout history. In the book Farewell to Manzanar Jeanne Wakatsuki- Houston discusses human right violations during World War Two some of these violations include physical harm, illegal detainment, and property theft. More recently the same violations have occurred in-------- The same violations that occurred in World War Two can be seen today.

Human rights article 3 states “everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of a person” in the book Farewell to Manzanar this right had been broken multiple times. An example of article 3 being broken during world war two was the December Riots. A group of rioters had thrown rocks at the military police forcing them to use tear gas and opening fire killing two Japanese and injuring ten others. This violates the rights because it ends the life of two Japanese and disturb the security of others.

Just like in the book article 3 is still being broken in the world today. An example of this is in Bangor Daily News a 19 year old died and another man remains in the hospital after a shooting in a Portland recording studio. That was one of four violent crimes in that city within 24 hours. This violations article 3 by causing harm onto the two guys in Portland.

There was also a guy named MLK jr. He helped a lot with civil rights. He was a good man. He did everything for everyone. I agree with the rights for black people. Do you?
