As a part of my learning in history, I would like to visit Eastern Europe which will surely expand my knowledge of history into a different perspective. If I visit Europe, I think I can experience the rich heritage of the country and conceive many facts which I can only read in textbooks. This will make History come alive outside classroom! Moreover, I am also very interested acquiring and examining more concepts of the wars and conflicts that have happened in the past.

Seeing the European people's way of life there in Germany and Poland will also be a new and unique experience for me. I will definitely be able to appreciate the European culture after this trip. Furthermore, the chill and fresh weather there in Europe is also an exciting feature I am looking forward to.

After seeing the presentation on this trip, I have become very inquisitive to understand the term 'military ideology'. The historical sites and locations that we are visiting also seem very captivating and amusing. For example, by visiting the Nazi Concentration camp, I can learn more about the lives of the political prisoners.

In addition, this trip also focuses on Language Arts. This aspect will certainly develop my writing skills and enable be to write comprehensive essays. This skill can also help me in writing convincing structured essay questions on historical issues.

I would definitely approach the trip with great enthusiasm and welcome all the challenging tasks given to me during any time of the trip. This Inter-Disciplinary trip will also be my first time travelling to a European country and I am eagerly awaiting it.

Overall, this 10 day outing has attracted me the most of all the programmes and I strongly wish to be given an opportunity to go to Europe
