Question 1
Firstly, all the flow values in each year were separated into separate tables. Then using the excel function: =MAX(A:A) in each column, the max flow value was found.
The Max flow values were then organised into a table as shown below from highest to lowest using the SORT command on excel and each given a rank (m).
