AIESEC is the world's largest youth run organization, currently active in over 126 countries, 2500+ universities with 90,000+ members. Our aim is to provide an international platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential in order to have a positive impact on society. AIESEC in Pakistan has been working for the past 10 years to provide unmatched learning opportunities to the most talented students in the country.

The Community Development Seminar is an annual initiative taken by AIESEC in Lahore that enables professionals and AIESEC members to interact, intermingle and get to know more about AIESEC in a more professional yet relaxed environment. Leaders from several organizations share their experiences whereas they get to see first-hand what AIESEC has to offer.

What our esteemed guests get out of this interaction is the understanding and familiarity of a typical AIESEC member with the professional milieu that include Leadership, Multi-functioning Skills, Pro-Activeness, Effectiveness and Efficiency, Self-Awareness and Global Awareness and Diversity; worthy traits sought in all prospective employees; one’s that AIESEC already trains its members upon and works towards.

Most importantly, our guests will learn about AIESEC’s department of Community Development that deals with exchange and AIESEC’s partnership with development and corporate sectors to provide HR and several other benefits.
