Dinner and Dance

2015 is a very special for National healthcare group as it is celebrating together 15 years of transforming primary care. Organising a mega dinner & dance as an internal event for its employees is a good way to rewards everybody who have been working hard for the past year. It is usually after working hours and last 3-4 hours. By holding this event, this promote social cohesion between staffs of all and different departments and help to break down barriers between employers and employees. Everyone who doesn’t have time to interact with others during working hours get a chance to interact and get to know about others during the event.
Project Scope
A project scope defines what the project is supposed to accomplish. The success of the project depends largely on the budget and time allocated. Precise and detailed definition of the project scope with time and money required is a good start for a successful project. (Reh, 2014)
Project objective
the main objection of organizing this project is to show appreciation to staffs who have been working hard and efforts put in for the past years for the continued successes the organisation have enjoyed. This is also a good chance to show everybody what the company has done for the past year and the achievements attained during the past year together as an organization. The dinner and dance will be held at Marina Bay Sands hotel this year and the budget will be well within $400,000.
This project has beneficial outcomes and to achieve it is to ensure the staffs are able to enjoy, unwind and relax in a secure and attraction location with a great atmosphere. When choosing the location, we would like them to know that the company know and appreciate the efforts put in for the past year.
Milestone
Milestones are the important steps and events in the planning stage of a project that occurs over the time allocated.
