#4. If you have time to wash and dry your bed sheets before leaving for the airport, great….if not, don't worry about it. Just please gather up all used sheets and put them in a pile on the kitchen floor. There are extra sets of sheets for each bed in the hall closet, so please make up the beds with the clean sheets and again, leave the dirty ones in a pile on the kitchen floor. PLEASE do not pile them in the laundry room as they could be a fire hazard next to the furnace and hot water heater.

#5. Florida has trouble with high humidity and mold….so PLEASE do not leave any wet clothes in the washer or dryer. If you have wet towels that cannot be washed and completely dried before you leave, please hang them over the washer and dryer or kitchen cabinets.

#6. Please wipe down showers so they will not mildew.

#7. Please open all the closet doors slightly before leaving to allow for better airflow.

#8. If you have adjusted the thermostat while you were here, please re-set it to 64%-75%. This will eliminate a lot of energy waste.

#9. Please make sure that all blinds are completely closed before leaving.

#10. Whatever you use, please re-place….coffee/filters/detergent/toilet paper/etc. That way no one should have to make an immediate grocery store run.

#11. Please clean the bathroom toilets…there's a wand and Clorox wipes in the hall closet. (I saved this one for last since it's my LEAST favorite)

Finally – if you just want to walk out and enjoy your last day here, that's fine….let us know. We do have a cleaning service that will do everything listed above and more…..the cost is $75.00 and you can just send us a check.

AND PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DOOR TO OUR UNIT IS LOCKED.

Hope you
