Some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to live in an apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in s house compared with living in an apartment?

The World is changing day by day and changes in every aspect make human life easier and faster by leaving options. The choice of houses or apartments, quite discussable topic in the present context, that makes people to think whether to go for house or apartment. Some likes to go for house and some for apartment but taking all the thing on consideration, preference should be based on advantages which could be a house. A good choice is what makes fell happy and comfortable.

The foremost advantage of a house is its ample space for big families which provide each room for individual that brings privacy for each family member and it cannot be denied that privacy brings more opportunity for peace and quiet for relaxation. More area means extra space can used for gathering and personnel enjoyment obviously bring comfort and freedom for members. Another significant pro is that space available in the front and back yard can be used as playground that provide safe environment for family members , especially for children instead of playing outside the pavement on the high buildings  where there is high risk of accidents. Similarly neighborhood children can play game together around house thus build good empathy and connection between families. Furthermore there is the freedom for choice of house design and decoration according to own will.

On the other hand, similarly like house, apartment has also few or more advantages that cannot be neglected. Even though it doesn’t have huge space but provide security with well equipped security system like cameras on wall and elevators that monitoring to safeguard the resident. In contrast houses are not built-in with security system. It has been found in news that typically robbery and stealing cases happen in houses. It offers enough room for younger, those are more concern on their career and other who spends less time in room .comparatively it is more suitable for the ordinary person in term of finance by paying mortgage. Most of the apartments have fitness facilities like swimming pool, gym, running machine and many more as well as these apartments normally are located near bus station or have easily access to other public transportation. Further, resident in the flat need not need to bother about day to day activities because it has been provided by resident association.Considering about living in a house, it can be the voracious notion which other factor cannot be determined, it is because of its many characteristics. As it is well known fact that the modern world is occupied by a lot of pressure and stress so each and every human being more or less prefer to live in a house. The environment in which they are residing should be definitely cozy. Not only this, living in such a cozy environment, a lot of creation can flourish which can lead them to a prosperous way of living. The feeling of oneness and the sense of protection will also be more which can definitely protect the physical infrastructure for the generation to come which is the good sign of less financial.
